Have you hosted an event lately? Or are you planning to host an event any time soon? If yes, you must have realised it is a difficult task to plan everything without missing out on the smallest of detail. Big companies that host annual events cannot plan such huge events all by themselves, even if they have a separate team to conduct it. Event planners are, therefore, hired for their professional services because as a team they will make sure that each tiny detail of the event has been covered.

There is a misconception that corporate events need to have subtle lighting to avoid unnecessary distractions. And by subtle we mean those boring, white studio lights that even a conference room may have. Then why settle for the same in a corporate event too? There’s more to lighting than we actually imagine. Lighting, when done smartly, can change the ambience and mood of a space. In a corporate meet, everyone including the panel speakers and the audience would be interested in the event rather than the event lighting. But if the lighting wasn’t apt for the event, it would be the first thing to be noticed.
